Are Custom Skins/Maps Against the EULA/ToS?
Just curious, I think they're pretty cool, and Brofresco used it recently in a video so I wanted to know before I downloaded any.

I haven't seen any Custom Maps, and I would think something that big has to change up files for the client. So that might be iffy. With skins Riot themselves said it was ok. Basically anything is ok as long as it's not manipulating the client and changing things up that could be helpful in a cheating way. Like if the skin had invisible particles, or changed your hitbox in some way would be against the TOS, but most I've seen only change it from your perspective and doesn't actually do anything in terms of changing up the files. So I would assume that is ok.
