Does anybody know the status of the summoner icon you get for beating the Teemoing?

I beat the Teemoing 2 weeks ago now and haven't gotten a summoner icon for it. Which is weird since I got the Doomed Minion icon nearly immediately and that seems like it would need to go out slower than the Teemoing icon since it's significantly easier to get. Was it supposed to be 2 weeks after they take the Teemoing out of rotation that you get the summoner icon for it? Or has anybody gotten one yet?
