Updates for Summoner Spells: Cleanse and Barrier
Okay, so we all know summoner spells have a meta. Top grabs teleport, Mid gets Ignite, Jungle has Smite, Support has Exhaust, and ADC has Heal. There are always exceptions- if the ADC has a healing support, we might grab Teleport or Ignite for example. Plus, the utility of Flash guarantees many roles will grab it, unless they get more utility from Ghost (Like Rammus or Hecarim for example). We don't really see many Barrier users out there, and we see even fewer users of Cleanse. But, why? Both are good spells. Especially Cleanse- it's frustrating when you're in a 5+second CC lock. It's more frustrating knowing you could have just pressed "D" if you had Cleanse instead of Exhaust. I think arrier and Cleanse need an update to create incentive to use them.
Here's my idea:
Barrier Shields champion for 115 - 455 damage (depending on champion level). Champion gains 15 - 75 bonus armor (depending on champion level) for 5 seconds.
visual- Larger shield animation, which has a golden glow.

Cleanse Removes all disables and summoner spell debuffs affecting you and nearby allies, and lowers the duration of incoming disables by 65% for 3 seconds.
visual- AOE that shines teal light.
