I may just be remembering wrong but isn't the champion reveal like a week before the release date? Or is it three weeks? My rule of thumb was three weeks from PBE release so I can't remember when they usually do the champion reveal in relation to the champions release date.

2 weeks or so after the reveal since the reveal is when it hits PBE.
its usually 2 weeks after pbe release.
Kindred hit the PBE rather early before they Released info on the Normal server.....So....probably sometime next week hopefully
I'd put my money on next Tuesday. But I am not positive considering Worlds are coming. Do you think they would release a new champ so close?

To answer your question: Riot put out an update saying that kindred got pushed back to being released until 5.20 patch update. They found some glitches and bugs that they want to fix before releasing the champion.
They just delayed them to november
