The Mysterious PBE sign up

I think i've applied countless times throughout the past 7 to 8 months and have not given up on signing up countless more times each month. I think within the past week, every time I even use the internet browser I go and click on the I want to help feature. Call me crazy but this is how bad I'd really like to test every possible feature on the PBE account. I've been using my super patience and holding back like crazy to not respond to any toxic talks and just been refraining from anything that would not allow me to get one. I'm playing more frequent league games on this account and different varieties too. I have no clue how the heck these testers are picked out but i'm doing everything I can to become one. I have a feeling this will all be for nothing though....
