PBE Openings

So with the sign ups for PBE open once again, when or how will we know if we have been accepted or not? I know they usually send out an email or whatever but I've signed up for the past 2 years and never got accepted in so i'm just being hopeful here. I doubt I will get accepted but just in case I am watching my email. Is there a deadline when we should know by?
