Ranked/Support/Blah

Yesterday, during that little mishap hour, riot did not record a win i had in ranked due to something being wrong with the system. Guess what? It never showed up as my win and didnt record anything as far as lp goes for in ranked.

Next point of business...a week ago, during the whole few hours of lag and latency in ranked match ups and disconnections of the server or whatever it was exactly that was happening...riot refuses to give loss prevention but immediately after i play another ranked match and win...the enemy team is given loss prevention? I email riot support? NOTHING HAPPENS...i get the too bad deal with it response days later.

Moving on....nothing i ever email riot support about gets anywhere. I'm not asking for much but it's apparent that some things are handled poorly and the little things add up. This is not the first time i've had either of those situations happen. Some of you might look and say suck it up it only happened a few times. I guarantee that its going to keep happening and they will continue to give me the suck it up or deal with it response which is why I REFUSE TO EVEN EMAIL THEM anymore. I'm practically sick of this and we get absolutely nothing from the errors on their side. No help, no resolve, and no care about what the hell happened.

Riot support? Yeah right.
