Lost Hope on PBE

So after applying for two straight years and at every chance I even heard about a PBE sign up opening, I jumped on it and applied. I've constantly read posts of people saying they know people who don't play the game much and they applied once and received a pbe account within two weeks. Two years and constant hope to just be denied again and again.

I don't get what someone who is so enthusiastic about a pbe account has to do to get one legally by your standards. It's super disheartening to sit here and read posts about people getting accounts after signing up for two weeks and there are those who have sat here faithfully and patiently for years and still haven't received one.

I honestly don't understand it Riot...I really don't but if this is how you do things then fine.

I'd much rather receive a denial message on why I am not admitted into PBE rather than sit here hopelessly like a moron waiting for something that will never come. At the very least be sympathetic enough to tell us why we won't receive one.

At the very least do that if you refuse to let us join the testing environment.
