I would be inclined to say Gnar or Irelia.

Depends on the job. Straight up 1v1 against every single other champion, I'd give it to for consistency. Hes unhittable for durations against autoattackers, negates damage based on his own damage with ult for any type coming his way, he has a gapcloser with his Q for the ranged champs, and his autoattack reset with extra oomph is very handy for duels. He can assassinate or fight out the long haul.
