How to check your new and old ping?

I'm interested in figuring out how the server relocation will effect me. How do I check my new and old ping?

if you live on the west coast, it will be a considerable jump in ping. they said it will be around 50-80 rather than the usual 8-40. There is no way to check your new and old ping but if you feel like your game has a higher ping. chances are that is your new ping

I don't know how accurate it may be, but you could try pinging for example the City of Chicago Il. website? Or where ever they plan to move.
