massive ping spikes during my last game

I got massive ping spikes up to 3k in my last ranked game. my usual baselevel these days is 50 ping. last game it was fluctuating all over the place with spikes up to 3k I checked the internet connection but its stable.

anyone else have issues today?

here my conection when i chose a chicago server: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5197848927 60 ping is also in the range i ususally get 50 -60
