Players shouldn't be able to drag their surrender vote windows off the screen.
Only thing worse than getting 1/4 veto'd? Seeing 3 or more non-voters.

Deep Terror Nami1 votesThey told me they'd be doing something with the vote window (in the HUD update) so that it doesn't stay in the way after voting. I'm just going to assume it might not be moveable at all.
