Is that really necessary to make it global? cant it be maybe just in the sphere of influence? Its also to loud / penetrating of a sound.

You hear it every 5 minutes, and it's made to be global so both teams know " Hey Corki has a REALLY STRONG W "

Your team can know they should look for a fight, the Enemy team can look to get some wards out really fast and try to avoid ANY fights for the next minute.

Without the global everyone would have to rely on seeing him, and if you don't have vision, good luck of that.

I KNOW MAN. That's because the person who's on that part of the team for fixing that kind of stuff doesn't know anything to do with that sort of stuff. Lord knows what the hell they do all day
