Seriously, if you're life has gotten you that far down that you need to trash talk a normal game when using your main, just go find that mute all button because no one wants to hear it. Normal is where people to play new champions, learn how to play a new role, or try something completely different just for the lulz. Get your ego out of this game please.
Actually it's Practice Mode, Custom, and Co-op vs AI where people are supposed to learn how to use champs and once comfortable, then take it live. There's nothing worse than hearing "It's just a norm nbd" or better yet some sarcasm when they feed "Oh did I affect your ranking?". Normal mode takes the same amount of time and energy to play as a ranked game, this is a weak excuse.

Trash talking shouldn't be in any game, period.
I play my main in normals regularly to make sure I keep my skills up to snuff, to try new items, new builds, or play against new or reworked champions.
