Is the next one soon?

Someone made a name I wanted two months ago. They haven't played since then. They're level 4. It was one of those "i'll just make this name and play for a bit and see if I like the game" type of people.

When is the next name cleanup?

Actually, there's a "system" in place for stuff like this. It's something constant.

For accounts that are level 1-6, you need to wait until they are inactive for 6 months before the summoner name is available. For every level above 6, there is an extra month added for the wait, with level 30 accounts having the maximum wait time of 2 years 6 months.
