Please help. Cannot seem to win in ranked anymore.

Need help. I'm lost. I do know I need to make an adjustment somewhere, that's for sure. Less deaths? Learn a better champ / role? Better build / runes? If you look at my history the champs I use the most are the ones I have always played. I don't cheese champs in the meta nor do they interest me. I'm no Master, but I definitely do not belong in Gold V with 0 lp and a silver mmr. Earlier this month I was in promos for Gold ll. Since then, I have plummeted down to rock bottom of Gold V. Every time I queue up, I don't have the feeling that I'm going to win. It always feels like a struggle now. Yes, I have taken breaks (hours / days). Yes, I went and played another game. Yes, I have watched streamers. I utilize mute, I dont flame, I try to ward like crazy. Something is wrong. My page is filled with more "Defeats" than "Victories". It's very frustrating., especially when we lose games that should be easily won. Critique me. I need to improve something. I want to be more consistent. Thanks.

Try to participate more in kills, your kill participation is exetremely low for your elo.

From one support to another, Its just really hard to carry from this role. Im no saint when it comes to this aspect so please dont call me out on this lmao, but you really shouldn't be dying that much. Like, I understand sometimes the suicide play from the support is needed, but you die at least 5 times in a majority of the games I saw. But tbh I really think the larger problem is the inability to carry hard from support which is just in the nature of the role. You can support your carry, but can't carry your carry.

Yeah you're definitely right. I was lower in my death count before. It has definitely gone up. Sometimes I think I'm trying to hard to make a play and get myself killed (whether it's trying to keep an adc alive who is going to die regardless or trying to get some kills going for the team.) How do I check my kill participation?

Just lost again. That's five in a row, the last one being after a 5 hour break from league. I don't get this anymore.
