Riot Birthday Gifts?
Since riot is giving out new years gifts, why not the same on your birthday? People with birthdays on a the leap day could get them march 1st.

No, see, Riot isn't giving out gifts. They're rewarding positive play. People that are toxic don't deserve gifts, so we can't gift everyone on their birthdays. Just gift all the non-toxic people whenever they feel like it.
What if they gave a birthday gift to positive players? That could be incentive but some people would only be good around their birthdays and the holidays if they keep doing this.
Eh... RIOT already gives its players so much considering the game is free to play. They're already sort of doing small monthly rewards for positive play and I guess this just feels like a little much. I suppose it's a good idea, would probably brighten a couple of players day despite what the reward was, but I'm leaning towards no on this one xD
