@Riot Please explain how the ranked teambuilder determines who goes where?

I choose primary Mid and secondary support. It has been 7 games in a row where i had mid as my primary but all those games i got support. How come? Would you not think that after a few games not getting your primary role, you would be prioritized? Than would make sense. Would you be so kind and explain?
