A few games ago, we had a Jax top who tried to take the enemy jungler's red buff. He died trying to do so, then immediately left the game without saying a single word.
There was literally nobody else to blame but himself- the enemy jungler was ganking while this happened, and the enemy top was farming happy as can be. It was entirely, 100% his fault, and he rage-quit.
Anybody have any similar rage-quitter stories?

A guy picked Trundle,
Trundle: "Dont you dare feed, if you do I will too and go afk, just you watch." Trundle: "I have done it last game, and I can do it again"
Everyone was playing cool except for 1 guy, and you guessed it, it was him.
Trundle went 0/5/1, proceed to blame and flame the team, rage quitted afterwards.
I laughed and cried at the same time.
Don't remember the actual details, but I remember a mid-laner rage quitting after two deaths.
Or at least, it might have been a ragequit; could always be tech issues, and I don't 'remember' any complaining or raging from them before they left.
Had a Graves ragequit on me last week after I got a double kill as Zilean when we got into a 2v2 fight bottom.
(He died and I just double bombed and cleaned up afterwards) And this was when I was level 5 so I couldn't ult him. Basically there was 0% chance of him getting any of those kills.

Enemy 
decided to all-in on me at level 3
I was playing 
dies and I do my normal "/all MUNDO!"
Comes back to lane and tries the same thing at level 6 and throws his ignite on me for my ult, I counter that with my cleanse and get the kill again.
This happened again about 2 more times then the enemy team tells us in all chat that he quit
The worst I experienced happened about 1 minute after start. The enemy team did a 5 man invade to our blue. They caught the ADC unaware and killed him. He blamed the support (who of course couldn't have done anything) and quit.
