Question: Why do the cinematics never have any Champions actually speaking?
You hear grunts and gasps and the like, but none of them actually say anything. Costs too much to pay for the VA's to do that?

I hope that one day they will be able to make lore based videos like this, which voices and all.
This way they are language neutral. The video works in every region, regardless of language. If they did voice over, it wouldn't just be an issue of language-specific voices. They would need facial animation for each voice so that lip syncing matched up. THAT is probably the big reason they don't do VO.
