I mean kassadin still sucks so i feel like this was almost a pointless skin right now.

People over in OCE have been bitching about not getting a server skin. So this skin is the OCE skin even though it's available to every other region. But I don't even care about the Kassadin skin. I only play Kassadin in ARAM when I'm forced to play him.
