Runes? I have everything that's practical and usable. Rune pages? 20. Champions? I own the entire roster for completeness. It helps when you've played around 10000 games total.
Basically, there's nothing I can use this overload of IP on since Skins can't be bought with IP, and Riot has "no plans to make skins available for IP". So, Riot, what am I gonna spend this on? Bribes to avoid permabans?
This is indeed a problem... I don't know what to do with my stack of IP too... At least chroma packs should be aviable for IP...
New champion releases will drain a little bit of that.

It would be hella sweet if players could gift ip, like rp. Honestly I wish I had your problem :( I'm always wavering around 5k-6k ip, slowly buying runes little by little.

Honestly I feel chroma should cost ip, granted very high in price but since it's just re colors it should be fine to have it cost ip and RP!
