It really isn't hard to play safe as vlad and just if anyone goes on you use your w to get away and then heal up with your q, seriously I've played vlad and I know how he works, I'm not even that good of a Vlad and I never lose lane with him, he's obnoxious and anti-fun, fun fact, even Riot said he was a toxic champion.

Irelia is broken but sure, so, irelia, q's to vlad, vlad w's, he is playing how he should and retreats to safety, he uses q e, outtrades irelia and has now won the trade, it is stupid and painfully annoying how you can't out trade, i'd rather his w had no health cost and his sustain was taken away.
