The Line of Stupidity and trying to help

I just had a mid Katarina ranked game a few minutes ago. The game started out as always. Late into the game...Udyr and Tryndamere on me team kept teleporting and split pushing and obviously getting caught. I stayed back and kept quiet because I know how people in low elo love to report anyone for anything. After seeing Tryndamere go 4/14 and Udyr kept dying, I tell them to defend base and stop just heading straight to base.

I get told to "stfu bruh" by the Duo and just muted the whole team to avoid any confrontation. As you can tell this tactic of theirs didnt stop as even the Adc and support kept going. I kept pinging and kept my mouth shut until the enemy team went Baron. We won the game by sheer luck and a grave mistake by the enemy team, but I was reported and treated as an idiot for trying to help an idea I did not see as a good solution. It might sound arrogant or cocky but if you see your teammates constantly dying and rushing to the same tactic what would you do?

I try not to get mad or let these games or any games get me angry or make me toxic but what is a player supposed to do? We get reported for giving advice yet get told to "stfu". We won by a miracle split push and then they just didn't check the minions wrecking their base. We won a game that I would have been certainly happy to lose because it shows their mistakes.

The point to this rant is to just say most the League games I play are filled with people who don't want to necessarily listen to anyone but what's in their gut. I mess up sometimes and take advice like "Hey idiot! Ward your lane!!". As negative as it might sound, it still rings a point that the person is trying to bring across. I don't report everyone who tries to talk to me and run into a rare occasion where someone is extremely toxic.
