Can Vlad get some love please?

I faced off against a Brand, as Vlad, and i had double his AP and 1/4th his damage.. I couldn't even use my Q as a health option.. Like all it did was needle prick even minions unless they were 2 health away from death. That's pathetic. DOUBLE AP. 1/4TH DAMAGE. Wtf Riot!? Like I could not abuse any of his abilities and get anywhere. Don't give me this "Brand counters Vlad" shit. The only counters in the game should be tanks>assassin, assassin>ADC, ADC>tanks with jungle and support filling one of those perspective classes. Champs should not counter each other, then when you pick someone they are screwed in the game.

But for the love of all Riots greedy money!! Buff the fucking ratios on the champs that need it!! getting zoned out of lane by someone with zero sustain (when you have sustain), and being obliterated when I have no viable options as an AP caster to really build MR or Armor. Mages got shit to build defensively. And the current meta is instakill burst, so no matter how much damage I do, I'll be dead before I can use it.

Also Vlad's Q has a delay from him gaining health. It's a second too long and I can die from that second in a battle where every second counts..
