Was the spawn time for Zyra plants increased?

The reason why i am asking is, because i used to be able to block Blitz grabs by spawning plants. Lately however, this doesnt seem to be possible anymore. (maybe i am just getting old and my reactions suck...always a possibility :P) In one of my last games, Blitz repeatedly grabbed through the spawning plant to hook me. If the plants spawn slower than they used to, this should have been mentioned. Does anyone know?

I main her and havent noticed a change. Sometimes if my ping jumps in a fight it seems a little slower. I've found the easiest way to fight a blitz or thresh with her is to pick a small area and have a seed literelly right in front of you between blitz or thresh and you. The snare is quick enough to pop it instantly.
