Question about kavyn demise

First off, I want to express my sincere disgust for what talon does for a living. Killing men and women over orders? That is evil. I have a hypothetical question of these rivals, if they did somehow become sneaky secretive friends, and guys, judging by the type of person quinn is, would she support talon's past decision of knifing his friend kavyn in the back and dumping his corpse down a gutter/sewer? And why? Is she a assassin too? She won't care that he has killed women too?

Uhh I mean the military kill men and women under orders... Quinn probably wouldn't be okay with it simply because she's part of demacia and she holds the demacian justice ideals
