Can we take a moment to appreciate Tahm Kench?

It's occurred to me in the past few days that in Tahm Kench, Riot has succeeded where they failed with Aatrox: They created a demon champion.

Really, if you think about it, Tahm Kench is much closer to the archetypal demon than Aatrox. It's not just some asshole who wants to kill and has wings and scales and all. No, it's a big, intimidating bastard who's somehow still charismatic and who tricks mortals into letting him have power over them. Something about his overall theme just reminds me of the "yâb" of french canadian legends.
