Not Seeing The Point Of New Honor System Yet

I get a decent amount of honors, but more often than not, like I would say 70% of games, not everyone on my team honors even in wins. I have yet to see anyone at any rank with even a lvl 3, so no way anyone can possibly get 5 by the end of the season seeing where it was implemented.

No one is any more chill than they were before to be honest. I mean hell, I've never seen so many of those "A Player you recently reported was punished" pop ups than I have in the last month and a half. Every day I log on I see it pop up at the very least, and I could never say that before, so if anything, either people are worse, or more people are reporting as well, not sure how to correlate that. Either way, I don't see the point of it yet, outside of it is newer. As I said above, already people are just skipping the screen, as I'm surprise when I see the message of all your teammates honored you get a bonus, cause it happens 3 out of 10 games roughly (and that's including wins. If there is a loss, I've yet to see an honor one single time and never seen that message in a loss).

tl;dr I guess the new honor system it is supposed to give out rewards or something, but I'm seeing less keys by far, really no more honors than I was getting before, getting more message pop ups than ever about punished players, and I've yet to see or even hear of anyone that has reached 3 yet, when there is apparently a 5 (which I'm gonna assume isn't possible at all this season without playing 15 games a day).
