A fix for the Account Recovery system.

A few days ago, two of my friends got their league of legends accounts taken by a scam link someone sent to them. Through the current league of legends recovery process, only one of them were notified they would get their account back. The other one now has to start from lvl 1 (was lvl 30 and had a good champion pool and skins). The process is way too difficult. Even if you do estimate, as riot suggests, no one remembers when they started league. If my account was hacked, I would probably not get it back through this system. I think there needs to be a better fix to this problem. Maybe a code saved to your computer? Just something. Its unfair that he has to waste a month just to get his account back up. (Name of the person was Tatsuya Kai) Make a account recovery more like an email recovery, but with a bit more safety measures. Maybe get like 5 - 15 different codes only accessible by the real account owner, not maybe accessible by the real owner. Maybe 1 code to your email, 1 to your phone, one saved on your PC in league of legends files, and maybe 3 - 6 more (Just in case the account thief has your email phone, and your PC, somehow) I feel, although a bit less secure, it is a better fix for getting your account back. The only reason it is not as secure as if other people somehow access all your devices, where the current system, no one really knows those questions. I would trade 100s more people getting their account back for 1 out of those 100 maybe getting stolen rather than 1 in a 100 people GETTING there account back.
