Reporting / Submitting a ticket works.

Just an FYI. 10 days ago an account was reported and posted to the forums as being a botter, since the day the ticket was opened the match history for that user is empty. This to me indicates one of two things - they stopped playing for a bit... or they were Banned. I strongly believe it's the latter and faith in Riot increased.
