Well that's the thing. Most of them come with links to Red posts, some of them vague (hinted, but not confirmed), while others are Rioters clear-cut confirming things (such as Ryze's model). You're right in that you can't trust it 100%, that's just the nature of the internet. But you can look at it as a collection of links/resources to the information you're probably looking for, sort of use it as a starting point for research as opposed to the actual research itself.

I rarely use the actual information for wiki's in school papers, but the references at the bottom are often really helpful, so it's like a middleman if you will.

I hope this clears things up. I probably shouldn't have used the word "confirmed".
