I may not like everything in the pre-season, but I welcome the 5 man que's.

Just had another game where I lose not because I was playing awful, but because someone decides he's just going to troll. After the game's over he makes sure to call everyone every single kind of slur you can think of, and he goes on his way, ruining 4 other people's game.

At this point I'm done taking losses because of idiots like this guy. Too many times someone doesn't connect, is extremely toxic, trolls, afk's, you get the idea. While this new que system might not be perfect, it HAS to be better than the current system.
