I bet you could make a better comment about it. Like why it is awful and why it is not working ...etc.
I am playing in EU West and still wondering about how this is going to work out. So I clicked on the topic but only content in the message is "AND WHY DID TEAM BUILDER HAVE TO GO!?". I think this is pretty lame. Please be more constructive and try to help the guys trying to change/fix things, or at least try to be more precise about it to let us know about what is wrong about it. Since we are still have stuck with the old matchmaking system.
And to be honest I think removing "Team Builder" is the correct decision. Since there are only a limited amount of people who are playing this game any given time, dividing them into less sub categories to play basically the same game is more intelligent thing to do. Which means at the end of the day less waiting time for everyone.
