some crucial changes that need to happen
1.STOP GIVING EVERYTHING FREESETS
knock that shit off, the only champions that should have freesets should be kat and master yi and the cooldown should reflect the ability to freeset(see yi Q for example of NOT doing that)
2.ASSASSINS SHOULD HAVE TO MAKE RISKY CHOICES TO GET KILLS
are the worst offenders,assassins should not be able to hop in,murder someone and hop out 
are the right kind of assassin,they take actual effort and planning not just "hey look someone to murder let me just atjwerhqkghrquiewyhrwegqrwqrwq hey look there dead!" and are rewarded in kind by being such a issue you force them to 5 man so you can then split-push and take objectives instead of just being able to be a brainless 1vX ing robot that you have to focus down for the fear of getting instantly killed
