Next Skarner rework:
Skarner historically has been too much of a ranged champion. E has been replaced with a new spell that slows enemies that attack Skarner in melee range.
Skarner was too fast and "clingy." Movement speed and attack range reduced.
Buff: Skarner now has even MORE attack speed and 2% more slow on his crystal slash.
Skarners Ult was OP. Skarner no longer has an ult. Instead he passively gives enemies [1/2/3]gp/10 and gets [1/2/3]g on each cs.

honestly, i think that all of the changes were unnecessary and/or just plain bad. darius's fighting power just went through the roof when all he needed was some tweaking, mordekaiser had his identity pissed on and then a pet dragon added in, garen got turned from an easy simple champ into an armored sack of overly complex mechanics, and skarner is just freaking weird. yes, a few tweaks were needed for some of them, but this is rediculous.
Except the fact he's gonna lose every lane.
If you read the patch notes into Darius he's actually getting nerfed significantly across the board. Q now has delay and significantly less damage. Bleed now physical damage, less damage, no longer applies ms. Ultimate significantly less damage.
Oh but if you can apply "five" stacks of bleed on somebody you get to deal extra damage. Also we are nerfing your attack speed as well just for lols.
There's literally no reason to play this version of Darius over other champions.
I just...don't really know what they were trying to do with Skarner there. He was fine 
I am glad I wasn't the only one to make that skarner joke.
I'm totally down with garen and morde's changes though. I actually wanna play garen for one thing, now.
xins passive? wtf it reduces armor the new garen ult has %health true damage so don't dis him.
