Do you even play the game? I'm going to create a scenario in which I'm the asshole, but Riot punishes the other party.

Scenario: Me- Uninstall, you're no good. Me- Report my ADC Me- Seriously, get skill Me- Haha look at this Jinx, she's so bad Me- Omg Jinx stop feeding Jinx- Can you help me in lane please? Me- Nahh you're a feeder Me- See? Jinx keeps feeding. Jinx- I need your help bot please! Me- No noob- get good. Jinx- Fuck this Taric, I'm so tired of idiots Me- Reported noob Me- all/ report Jinx for negativity :( Me- all/ She's being so mean Me- all/ and she's feeding. Enemy- Yeah Jinx is trash, I kill her so quick Jinx- OMG! Just STFU and play! Me- oooh Jinx is getting mad Me- like a widdle baby Jinx- Fuck you Taric.

End game result: Jinx receives report telling her that her behavior is unacceptable. [zombie-brand-mindblown]

Jinx recieves a notification about her behavior, which is different than any action taken. It needs to be verified before anything else happens, the notification is instant (given they're getting reported a lot).

I thought the notification was only a first time reported thing..

I've gotten the notification before a long long long time ago. I'm sure I've been reported for a few bad games after that but I never had actions taken against me.

Yes it's an instant for the jinx, when you get reported but judging by what this dude said.. And the fact he's probably raging about level 11 Normal blind pick games, he's perhaps been banned before, and this is his smurf as a result of it.

So now he's raging at actual new people. Or other banned people/smurfs... and it's just an endless pool of rage.
