You can. Play support, report him after the game for stealing your role.

Alternatively you could go duo ADC and fight for each cs.

My bad, I meant that there is nothing you can do to stop him from trolling. But yes, you can let him have his way and let him do it every game with no repercussions I guess. I don't consider that ideal though.

Yeah, afk is a "banable" offense too. If he isn't "toxic" in game chat, he isn't gonna get punished. Or if he plays with/against a rioter.

I never said Phreak was part of the player behavior team. So I'm not sure why that's being brought into it. Unless you're saying rito workers work in a bubble and cannot communicate with each other. Which wouldn't be very likely since many rito people on the boards have said, "I'll pass it along to the people working on that." I mean, Nunu played how many games, getting reported in a shit ton of them, with no punishment. Then happens to get banned the day after playing with rito guy? Yeah.

This happened to me once, I asked my top laner if they'd support even though they already locked in Malphite and they said yes. So our team had 2 top and 1 bot. We snowballed off of top and won.
