What is your most toxic story?

For me, Not to long ago I was playing against a jungle olaf, I was top Ziggs. not going to lie this Olaf was like 15-0 five minutes in. This Olafs summoner name was "Autistic kid" so, I said "wow, I guess even autistic kid can play Olaf" He responded "reported" so, I am reported for saying his summoner name and "can even play Olaf"

I was more offended he named himself autistic kid, that is incredibly disrespectful for people who really are autistic. Also, I am really toxic, sue me.

I had a Darius, last game, tell me (during post-game chat) that he was toxic all game because he was being ignored by the rest of us. Not ignored as in by gameplay, but as in the in-game chat. The Darius was getting uber-fed, yet became totally toxic when the rest of us began to fall behind. Instead of coming up with solutions to problems that arose, those chose to point out every mistake we made, immediately after it happened. Due to this, the rest of us ignored his typing. We lost the game due to the tilting the Darius caused.
