PBE access
What is the timing on an account getting PBE access? I've been submitted for access for well over 6-9 months and since your actual website gives no real information on this, I was hoping someone here could tell meh.

There's no set time. Its basically whenever. Its not a guarantee though that you'll get one.
in other words they intentionally set it up so they can't bugfix problems.. hmm. more players = less bugs at launch, id think a company like riot would know that.
