There’s a Reason Behind Kai’Sa’s “Too Perfect” Look

And it’s not what you, or Riot, think.

All Void creatures hunger for something: Vel’Koz hungers for knowledge, Kog’Maw hungers to eat, Kha’Zix hungers to evolve: Kai’Sa, the Void Symbiote, hungers for love and acceptance.

Kai’sa never got this where it was created. A strange, barbaric place of pain and ruthless Darwinism, any time it tried to make a connection with someone, to feel known, it was just used. It was thrown aside when the opportunity came, and left no better-off than before.

Eventually, it stopped trying. “I’m broken in some way, I want something that doesn’t exist,” Kai’sa told itself. It tried to fit in with the way things went: cynicism took over, and beneath an outward shell of normal Void-creature behavior, it hardened its heart and vowed to never make itself vulnerable again. It barely noticed when a crying human girl was transported into its lair. Just another meal.

But once it had consumed the human, it found something in its memories that broke through its heart’s hard exoskeleton. The human had memories of Runeterra, of a father who was not there very often and school bullies. The memories were intoxicating. Somewhere, this place of weak, co-dependent creatures still lived. It was exactly what Kai’sa had always wanted.

Kai’sa made it her goal to get there, to break free from the mindless accumulation of the Void and get to this place of feeling. It took the first chance it could, seven years later, and burst upon some surprised Icathian cultists in a shower of energy and a tangle of limbs.

But it did not get the reception that it wanted. Kai’sa was met with fear wherever she went. But as a Void creature, she could adapt to get what she wanted. Her form took on a more human appearance with each encounter. She tested and incorporated those components that got the best reception. Soon, she was treated with pity and adoration, and Kai’sa was ready.

She moved, changing her location and story to finally get what she’d always wanted. She would impersonate that human she had consumed long ago. “I am Kassadin’s daughter,” she would tell them, and would spin an elaborate story of how such a thing were possible. “This Void creature helped me to survive. I became a great hunter, just to survive. I am still me, though! The Void did not taint me.” To all outward appearances, it was true. Only you and I know: not all is as it seems. This imposter is not who she claims to be, and in a moment, she would rearrange herself to satisfy her hunger.

Or it's beacuse we didn't get an atractive female for some time now

In your version it's not really symbiote, tho. You say that the creature consumed the girl and now is imposing as her. That is not a symbiotic relationship.

For a void champ, she is so sexy...I am now officially jealous of the void. The void is now my favorite faction now. Buying all void champs now.
