I'm a support main so I'm partial to Sona, but Sona isn't really in a good place right now. Nidalee does well top, mid, and jungle and you can play her AD or AP so I think she'd probably be the more fun choice, he also works a lot better in team comps than Rammus who really only likes to jungle and only against AD heavy teams.
