Mysterious laugh.

So there's a strange laugh that just showed up in PBE. Happens once a game, and it's only when you die, or laugh in the river.

Gangplank update? Zac skin? New water-themed champion? All bets are off, ladies and gentlemens.

My dreams of playing a giant evil lobster approaches. Or does it? Ekko's been out for what, a week? Then again, Riot did this at the end of last year: five champions in extremely short times. Also, Bard was teased before even his teaser: little symbols appeared at certain places. It was cool. I still want a tank lobster. His shell, as a passive, prevents critical hits.

Zac skin? We all waited for one for a long time, and spooky water Zac could fit the bill. How long as it been since the last legendary skin, though? Not so long, Call of Yordle: Mushroom Warfare was here a bit before Urf. A ultimate skin could also be surprising, considering how long it takes between one another.

GP update? I doubt it. I can't explain it, just a feeling in me guts, yarr.
