Why people assume it would be release right on the dot on release just boggles my mind. they have never done that before, so why do you think theyll start now? usually skins or the first batches of skins get released around 10am where ever Riot HQ is. i think its Cali time but im not sure! Seeing how its not even close to that time yet just wait. But it does seem weird that they gave Project Yasuo sale an exact time, but not the new skin. So if anything theyll probably be release the same time that skin goes on sale!
