An Impact Missed in 100 Million

So as many of you know, League of Legends has reached 100 million players every month (http://www.riftherald.com/2016/9/13/12865314/monthly-lol-players-2016-active-worldwide).

While many impacts have been drawn from this number, a key one has been overlooked.

Riot Games is trying to please more people than over 100 country governments do.

Germany, France, and even the U.K. do not govern over 100 million people.

What this means is cut them some slack guys! Just because they don't make the change you believe they should doesn't mean they aren't listening to you. I guarantee you for every change you think League should make, someone thinks otherwise. For everything you believe Riot should keep, someone thinks otherwise.

Riot is not perfect, and I would be the first in line to say so. However they are listening to the voices of 100 million people so even if you find 1 million people who agree with you, remember that you've only found 1% of the player base.

Over 100 country governments do not have to deal with as many people, voices, and opinions as Riot does. So keep that in mind when Riot takes steps that are contrary to what you believe!
