POLL: Who is the most toxic champion currently in League?

The poll at the end of this post will list several champions who are commonly considered "toxic" in today's game. Vote for whomever you feel is the most toxic champion and, if you can, comment below on why you voted for that champion. For clarity, for the sake of this poll "toxic" means how little counterplay there is to a champion, how overpowered the kit is, how boring it is to play against, and how annoying it is overall.
