Can we please allow verbal abuse towards ragequitters?

Have you ever had that teammate who was too good to lose his lane or feed the jungler, so he decided to leave us dirty peasants playing a 4v5 at 5.00 minutes into the game? Have you ever felt the urge to express your appreciation towards such a noble and generous person? Well, I did. And I would like to be allowed to verbal abuse the living hell out of him, without the fear of being reported. Just think about it, Riot. Your punishments are, or maybe just look, too soft when it comes to prevent those people from leaving games, because at the end of the day certain players ragequit on a whim anyways. But what happens to the other 4 players? Well, those brave dummies are forced to play a game that they know they're going to lose (statistically speaking) with a number disadvantage till the 20th minute mark. This event generates stress, which makes the experience that your game provides less enjoyable. So here I am, with the solution! Allow us to insult the ragequitter in any possible way (obviously still avoiding racist/homophobic/sexist insults): nobody's feelings would get hurt - since the mofo has already left the game - and the remaining 4 players can unwind and release their justified anger, instead of bringing it to the next game. P.S.: you should also lower the time limit before someone can ask to surrender when somebody on his team has left the game. That would save us players a lot of time.
