@Riot - Will there be a "cosplay village" at PAX Prime?

I just saw a video about the cosplay village at Gamescom (http://www.surrenderat20.net/2014/08/red-post-collection-gamescom-2014.html#more ). It sounds freaking amazing.

Is there any intent to do something similar at PAX Prime?

(On a related note... I keep hearing that you give extra loot bags to people who cosplay as LoL characters are PAX Prime. If so... where do I get these? I was Bittersweet Lulu last year and didn't get anything special for cosplaying. Though I did get a Lulu cupcake with some extra skin codes when I asked because I lost mine and it matched my outfit. Which was amazing and I totally appreciate that. It still sits next to my monitor.)

Edit-

This was posted on a LoL Cosplay FB page by Adam Shetler:

Hey Everyone (again ) I wanted to also jump in and give some more info on our activities at PAX Prime this year so you can build your plans around the event. One of our biggest struggles this year was finding a balance between the NA LCS Regionals and other non-exports activities. As you're probably very aware, at Prime, space is a very difficult thing to come by. In an effort to make it easier for people to socialize together we wanted to focus on a single booth this year. An unfortunate reality of that is that the vast majority of the stage time will need to be allocated to the LCS, which has a longer schedule this year. As a result of that, this year, our Cosplay support at Prime will be focused around a leveled up Cospitality experience that includes an interactive photo/vine booth, access to professional photographers (and of course a few goodies ♥) along with all the other Cospitality staples you've come to know and love like free drinks, crafting supplies, repair materials, photo walls etc. The largest change you’ll experience is the lack of a Fashion Show on stage. This really sucks. We know it. While ultimately it was the right decision when all the factors were taken into consideration, it’s something that we’re committing to resolve next year. The Fashion Show at East and Prime have been something every member of the League community (Rioters included) at these events has come to love. We want to make sure it lives on. As a result of that, next year’s Pax Prime will likely move to a more holistic League of Legends focus more similar to what we bring to PAX East. This is a huge step for us but we’re convinced that Prime needs to be a place to celebrate every aspect of League culture and that’s the direction we’ll be taking our activities in the future. I’ll be jumping in here soon with more details on photography and other aspects of the lounge so keep an eye out for future updates. Also, if you have any questions about anything PAX, Dragoncon or Toronto Fan Expo related please hit us up in the comments below and we'll be happy to answer as best we can. <

I'm not sure about the cosplay village, but I know last year at Pax Prime, to get the swag bag, you had to participate in the cosplay fashion show. Iirc, you had to sign up sometime beforehand, then they lined you up and had everyone show off their (amazing) cosplays. I also remember that someone stole the loot from one cosplayer :( which really stinks. But I believe that's how you get that bag, you don't get it just for dressing up. You actually have to participate in the show.
