Please make unobtainable skins not show up in champ select.

I've noticed that Victorious Elise pops up in selectable skins despite the fact that there is no chance of getting her at this point. I find this to be bothersome because it rubs my nose in the fact that I didn't get the skin. On this account it's because I'm not even 30. On my other account... well I just didn't get it. (I personally finished my placement matches the Friday before season 3 ended, but was able to climb from silver 3 to silver 1 in two days... I imagine I would have gotten gold had I tried earlier. So every time I see that I don't have the skin, it's a reminder of my own failure.)

It'd be nice if I didn't see this skin off to the side whenever I select Elise. (Or Janna, or Thresh, or any other skin that can never be obtained in the future.) It can create resentment for people who didn't get a chance to get the skin because what they cannot have is being shoved in their face. It amplifies the problem that some people have regarding Limited skins. It's easy for me to forget about a skin like Judgement Kayle because I never see that I don't have it. (Except when I see it in game. But then I'm happy to see it.) Finally, it's a tad bit of a lie that it says "click to unlock" underneath the skin when it's selected. I can't unlock it!

(It'd also be nice if seasonal skins were hidden unless available at that time. For those people that missed out while they were available. It'd create a reminder when they show up that they're on sale again.)

tl;dr Make it so unobtainable skins do not show up in champ select if you don't own them.

I'd actually be happy if only skins you owned would show up. You can't buy one when a game is about to start anyways.

Part of me stopped trying for gold when I saw the Elise skin, the other part of me stopped trying cause there were endless server issues for me in the later half of season 3, being on the east coast didn't help. Season 4 the server problems have gotten so bad I don't even play ranked anymore. But umm that aside, yes I tend to agree with you.

I can't believe you actually took the time to write this much about something like this. Sounds like you are just being a big baby about it. Stop being a lil biatch and get better at the game. And stop worrying about little dumb things like this i mean who the hell even cares about some ish like this. I had to log on and comment on how dumb this was sorry if i'm an asshole lol.

Umm.

Is this really that big of a problem for you? That you missed some promotional skin and now it bothers you every time you see it in champion select?

I love seeing all the different skins because I don't always follow the new releases and like to know what options are out there for champions I'm picking up.

I don't think this is an issue at all and I don't see how you think its "getting shoved in your face" that you can't have the skin. The whole point of limited availability skins is that some people will have them and others won't. It rewards the older members of the community or people who made it to a higher rank, etc.
