I cannot downvote topics...

I'm not sure why, but I find myself unable to downvote topics in the Help & Support (NA) sub-community. Is it because it's help and support? If that's the case, why does there appear to be the option? (But really, there should be... The mass of people cussing out Riot for server issues is ridiculous, and it'd be nice to downvote some of those topics... Since they're not constructive nor are they asking a question. They're just ranting about a rather infrequent issue.)

(And on a related note... Is there no language filter on the community beta? Or is it just titles that let naughty words slip though?)

Great questions.

I think the voting restriction may have been an accidental configuration. I don't recall why that was set to be turned off, but it seems as though it was. Voting capacity within this community has been restored.

Well, yeah, they're going to stop you from voting on help/support topics, because people are in need of Riot Support, and voting on those topics will interfere with them getting the help they need.
